Between Oriental Alps and the Danube basin, thanks to its geographical position Austria is a crossroad of trades among the great economic and cultural areas of Europe. Its past is indissolubly tied to the dynasty of the Habsburg, that in over six centuries of kingdom transformed a mountainous Country into a great wide international empire with influence on a very vast territory, thanks to good choices in the purchase of the lands and a skilled matrimonial politics more than to the traditional military conquests.

Although largely reduced by the end of the First World War, the signs of the ancient power and richness are still visible in the rich traditions, in the music, in the culture and in the elegant and stately cities of art: Wien is considered one of the most beautiful capitals in Europe. But the beauty of the capital and of the other art cities, like the Mozart’s Salzburg or the delicious Graz, are only an aspect of the tourist attractions of Austria. Besides the famous skiing structures of Lech,   St.Anton and Bad Kleinkirchheim, the country boasts in fact a large number of valid destination in every season. Not only cultural tourism, among city, castles and monasteries, or tied up to the winter sports, but also entertainments which range from the summer alpine ski to the cares of body and health. Austria offers in fact the best specialized wellness centers: relax, hay's baths, sport, oriental techniques, thermal baths... for a holiday in the name of nature and health. Spectacular mountains and landscapes are waiting for people who loves  uncontaminated nature.

A country of fresh mountain air, green silent highlands, pure crystal water, thermal springs, protected in beautiful National Parks by extremely various landscape and a precious patrimony of fauna and flora, to be enjoyed while listening to a Waltz and eating a piece of  Sacher Cake.
